Description
This skill can only be used on Undead and Demon race or Shadow element targets. It can be used on Boss monsters and on monsters with a level of 90+, but it will only deal damage through the "fail" calculation.
On a successful cast, has a chance to deal holy damage equal to the current HP of the target.

- Each base level: +0.1%
- Each point of INT: +0.1%

Success rate is capped at 70%.

Examples
A 98 Priest with 99 + 15 = 114 INT (from level 10 Blessing and Job Bonus), 1 + 37 = 38 LUK (from Gloria and Job Bonus) and Turn Undead Level 3, casting Turn Undead on a Wraith Dead with a remaining 32265 out of 43021 HP (75% HP left) will have a success chance of:
-[(3 * 40) + 38 + 114 + 98 + (1 - 32265 / 43021) * 200] / 10 % =
-[120 + 38 + 114 + 98 + (1 - 0.75) * 200] / 10 % =
-[120 + 38 + 114 + 98 + 50 ] / 10 % =
42% chance for Turn Undead to be successful.
If the skill fails it will do damage according to this formula:
