  • Additions
    • Added in Battlegrounds. Please refer to the latest announcement for full details.
      • 10 Bravery Badges are rewarded after every round regardless of winning or losing and can be used at the Battlegrounds Supplier to purchase items usable only in battlegrounds.
      • Note: Rewards such as weapon boxes and hats will be added after Battlegrounds is confirmed to be working smoothly.

    • Added in a new hairstyle (or lack thereof) to the stylist.
    • Added in the ability to reset the player's death count at the Hypnotist available for Super Novices only. The fee follows the same cost as stat or skill resets. Using a Reset Ticket will reduce the cost to 0.
    • Added a Reset Ticket reward as the achievement reward obtained when reaching level 99.
    • Added a new option to the !settings command: arealoot. This activates Pick Up upon picking up an item. As per Pick Up, this does not function in towns.
    • Added a new option to the !settings command: Mute BG. This will make the player unable to receive announcements about Battlegrounds.
    • Added an additional check to restore lost quest skills on skill resets.
    • Added Empty Potion Bottle to the Alchemist Guild's material seller.
  • Fixes
    • Fixed Book of the Dead not being tradeable.
    • Fixed Phreeoni not spawning an MvP tomb.
    • Magnum Break (Swordsman Skill) fire elemental bonus is now correctly applied. This allows users to use Magnum Break prior to hitting ghost-type monsters, for example.
    • Cart Revolution (Merchant Skill) is no longer pseudo-elemental. It will now properly deal elemental damage as the element used instead of forcing it to be neutral.
    • Fixed auto-casting sonic blow causing the player to lose enemy targetting.
    • Fixed Pick Up skill being usable during skill cooldowns. It is no longer usable during skill cooldowns to avoid forcing the cooldown to reset to that of Pick Up.
    • Fixed the way Homunculus skill delays are calculated. It is now on a per-skill rather than global delay. This should result in a much easier time casting homunculus skills.
    • Fixed a the sage job change quest situation that caused the test to disallow retries.
    • Fixed Call Mount being usable in Byalan Dungeon 6.
    • Fixed defense reversing damage from including Angelus and Iron Defense in calculations. Example: using Ice Pick will now deal the same amount of damage regardless of if the target has these two skills. Will be fixed next maintenance.
    • Fixed an issue related to costume weight not being updated properly when removing costume items from inventory.
    • Fixed Vanilmirth's Instructional Change skill mentioning brewing success rates as the skill does not affect brewing success anymore.
  • Changes
    • Revamped the weapon modification system. Please refer to the latest announcement.
    • !shopsearch and !buysearch now display map coordinates as well as the shop name.
    • Suffragium (Priest Skill) is no longer removed on skills with no cast time (Example: no longer removed from a wizard if they cast quagmire)
    • Suffragium (Priest Skill) is now castable on yourself.
    • Suffragium (Priest Skill) cool-down reduced from 2s -> 1s.
    • The Costume Maker NPC will now allow players to select headgears that they are not currently wearing to allow for creating a costume of a hat outside of their job class.
    • Death in PvP, GvG, WoE, or BG maps will no longer increase the player's death count.
    • Reduced the duration of Asura Strike's SP regeneration penalty from 5 minutes to 1.5 minutes.
    • Call Mount (Novice Skill) now grants a permanent Halter Lead that is used to dismount to prevent situations where the player is unable to dismount.
    • Orbis of Midgard is now a permanent item that cannot be sold, traded or stored.
    • Trick Dead (Novice Skill) is now given to the player upon receiving First Aid from the Izlude Academy. It is removed after the player changes jobs.
    • Pets will now attempt to return to a pet egg if they reach 0 intimacy. There are still situations, like having a full inventory, in which the pet will still just wander off and be lost forever.
    • Monsters that can be metamorphosized from another monster now cast suicide at a 0.50% chance when idle to promote the original monster respawning. This affects Pupa, Creamy, Picky, Shell Picky, Thief Bug Larva, Andre, Deniro,and Piere
    • Hunter's trap skills that cause damage will now have slightly better scaling with STR when using a dagger. This STR scaling now also applies to 1H swords. The final formulas are seen below. Note, damage when used weapons other than a dagger/sword has not changed.
      • For 1H Swords and Daggers
        • Damage = Skill Level * ((STR + LUK / 2) + 30) * (100 + (INT*5)) / 100
      • For Bows and all other weapons
        • Damage = Skill Level * ((DEX / 3 + LUK / 2) + 30) * (100 + (INT*5)) / 100
    • The following change has been made to the duration of NPC_AGIUP at the following levels (milliseconds)
      • Level 1: 10000 ms -> 7000 ms
      • Level 2: 15000 ms -> 9000 ms
      • Level 3: 20000 ms -> 11000 ms
      • Level 4: 25000 ms -> 13000 ms
      • Level 5: 30000 ms -> 15000 ms
    • Level 5 NPC_AGIUP (used by MvPs only), will now be cast on chase in addition to on attack based on the same criteria needed to cast NPC_AGIUP on attack.
      • I.E. if an MvP previously cast NPC_AGIUP on attack when HP is less than 30%, it will now also cast NPC_AGIUP on chasing targets when HP is less than 30%.
    • Card-granted item drops (EX: Blazer Card) now drop their designated item at 3x their original rate. This does not affect Myst Case Card or Mimic Card as those were already modified.
    • Holy Cross (Crusader Skill) SP consumption requirements changed to 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 for Level 1 ~ Level 10 respectively.
    • Mammonite (Merchant Skill) zeny requirement formula changed to SkillLv * BaseLv^2 / 300 prior to the efficiency skill being applied.
    • Cart Revolution (Merchant Skill) now only has a 2 cell knockback effect for levels 8, 9, and 10 of the skill.
    • Niflheim Changes

      • Bloody Murderer MDEF reduced from 65 to 45
      • Bloody Knight MDEF reduced from 75 to 55
      • Bloody Knight and Bloody Murderer both now use NPC DEFENDER in the following manner
        • Level 1 on attacking at a 10% rate
        • Level 2 on angry and follow at a 10% rate
        • Level 4 on chase at a 33% rate
    • Byalan Dungeon 6 Changes
      • Sropho spawn increased from 5 to 25
      • Sedora spawn increased from 5 to 15
    • Removed spawn timer from Elder spawns in Clock Tower. The total number of spawns remains at 2 per each map.

    • Skills that are auto-cast by cards no longer cause additional cooldowns.
    • Changed the size of the card sprite to be a little more obvious.
    • Placed an upper limit on critical rates to cap the value at 100%. This has been reverted.
    • Placed an upper limit on perfect dodge to cap the value at 90%.
    • Changed the number of buying store slots from 2 to 5 when using buying store via an item.
    • Made vending in Izlude restricted to only designated areas off of the sidewalk. These are within the "main" Izlude area and possible vending locations include the bottom left, bottom, right, middle, and upper right quadrants.
      • Slightly adjusted a few of the NPC locations in the middle of Izlude to allow for more vending locations.
    • Changed Sindewinder card to reward Double Attack Level equal to the refinement level of the weapon instead of always giving Level 1.
    • Increased the EXP bonus for partying without a dual-dual client from 10% to 12%.
      • This bonus now applies to parties of 2 or more.
    • Backstab (Rogue Skill) is now usable from all sides of the enemy.
      • Using the skill now places the player behind the target unless the target and player on the same cell, in which case the skill will fail.
      • Backstab now has a 1.5s delay before re-using Backstab again.
      • Note: damage and other aspects of the skill remain unchanged.
    • Cold Bolt / Fire Bolt / Lightning Bolt (Mage Skills) when used by a Sage have additional bolts depending on the level of skill used. All other job classes continue to do one bolt per skill level used. Also note that when used with Auto Cast, these additional bolts still apply.
      • +1 Bolt(s) for Levels 1~4
      • +2 Bolt(s) for Levels 5~9
      • +3 Bolt(s) for Level 10
    • Auto Cast (Sage Skill) no longer applies a cooldown when auto casting a skill.
    • Auto Cast (Sage Skill) now has Earth Spike as an option in place of Frost Diver. Auto-casted Earth Spike ranges from levels 1~4.
    • Auto Cast (Sage Skill) when used with Soul Strike now auto casts levels 4~7, dealing between 2 to 4 hits.
    • Earth Spike (Sage and Wizard Skill) damage increased from 5% to 20% MATK per skill level.
    • Heaven's Drive (Sage and Wizard Skill) damage increased from 5% to 10% MATK per skill level.
    • Flame Launch, Frost Weapon, Lightning Loader, and Seismic Weapon (Sage Skills) cast times decreased from 1s, 2s, 3s to 250ms, 750ms 1250ms for levels 1, 2, and 3 respectively.
    • Volcano (Sage Skill) has entirely new skill effects with AoE increased from 7x7 to 11x11. Still consumes 1 blue gemstone.
      • Level 1 - +10% DMG for Fire Attacks / +10 ATK if user is also under Flame Launch's Fire Endow (w/o Fire Endow ATK is 1/3rd original value)
      • Level 2 - +14% DMG for Fire Attacks / +20 ATK if user is also under Flame Launch's Fire Endow (w/o Fire Endow ATK is 1/3rd original value)
      • Level 3 - +17% DMG for Fire Attacks / +30 ATK if user is also under Flame Launch's Fire Endow (w/o Fire Endow ATK is 1/3rd original value)

    • A few monster re-balancing efforts.
      • High Orc no longer performs the "Smoking" skill which self-taps and generates unnecessary EXP.
      • Slightly increased the Base EXP of Sleeper.
      • Slightly increased the Base EXP and Job EXP of Seal.
