  • Additions
    • Added damage formulas for Sling Item (Creator Skill).
    • Added skill duration to Bloody Lust (Stalker Skill) in-game description.
    • Re-Added Rare Item Shine in the !settings configuration. Displays a brief aura and plays a sound effect when items are dropped below the set percentage.
  • Fixes
    • Fixed Stalker's Instinct (Stalker Skill) damage bonus not applying.
    • Fixed Apple Bombs not being created at a minimum value of 50 per attempt.
    • Fixed Weapon Augment (Whitesmith Skill) failing if you replaced the first star crumb position before the second.
    • Fixed Supernatural Weapon (Whitesmith Skill) always failing regardless of items.
    • Fixed Shield Charge (Crusader Skill) not allowing skill point allocation until Paladin.
    • Fixed Tarot Card (Clown Skill) reverting to it's old effects. It should now work as intended.
    • Fixed Reverse Tatami (Ninja Skill) area of effect size.
    • Fixed Mist Slash (Ninja Skill) cloaking function when used via plagiarism or reproduce.
    • Fixed Land Protector effect persisting after a target leaves the area of effect.
    • Fixed Cart Revolution (Merchant Skill) being pseudo-elemental (taking element into account for damage, but converted back to neutral at the end).
    • Fixed Woodie Card causing errors if looking at the card.
    • Fixed Knuckle Arrow (Champion Skill) not displaying the skill name used above the player.
    • Fixed Kaahi (Soul Linker Skill) not draining the original caster's SP.
    • Fixed blacksmith job change quest mentioning taking the Ring Pommel Saber to the wrong location and wrong item requirements.
    • Fixed Focus Spell (Sage Skill) not doubling SP costs.
    • Fixed Red Ferus card not functioning at all.
    • Fixed reproduced skills costing additional SP when they should not have any additional SP requirements.
    • Fixed High Heal, Clearance, Epiclesis, Vituperatum not attempting to walk to the appropriate number of cells to cast when out of range.
    • Fixed Body Tempering (Whitesmith Skill) increasing damage on fire and earth monsters when it shouldn't be.
    • Fixed Majestic Sword (Lord Knight Skill) not properly reducing splash damage from normal attacks.
    • Fixed Twilight II and Twilight III (Alchemist Skills) not casting at all.
    • Fixed Morroc Pyramids instance monster sprites and Gerald's sprite as well.
  • Changes
    • Weather System Overhaul
      • Weather events are now based on town regions and affect all related maps at once rather than on an individual-map basis.
      • Multiple types of weather events can now occur (only one at a time) in each region rather than only one potential type of weather per map.
      • Weather can now occur during the day or at night rather than just at night.
      • When weather changes to an abnormal state, an warning announcement will display.
      • There are now four types of possible weather: Sand Storm, Thunderstorm, Snow, and Fall Drought.
      • Weather now has minor effects on battle mechanics. See below: (this has been on our to-do since launch!)
      • Sand Storm
        • Earth elemental damage (physical and magical) increased by +15%.
        • Players deal an additional 15% damage with melee attacks.
        • Players receive a -15% ranged damage penalty.
        • 5 Ashring can be found wandering around per map (only during a sand storm)
      • Thunderstorm
        • Wind elemental damage (physical and magical) increased by +15%.
        • Players cast time is decreased by 15%.
        • Players have a -10% HIT penalty.
        • 5 Sproutring can be found wandering around per map (only during a thunderstorm)
      • Snow
        • Water elemental damage (physical and magical) increased by +15%.
        • Players receive 15% less physical damage from monsters.
        • Player flee is reduced by 10%.
        • HP regen is disabled.
        • 5 Icering can be found wandering around per map (only during snowy weather)
      • Fall Drought
        • Fire elemental damage (physical and magical) increased by +15%.
        • Players receive +15 to critical hit rate and +25% more critical hit damage.
        • SP regeneration rate is halved.
        • 5 Volcaring can be found wandering around per map (only during a fall drought)
    • Night Changes
      • All monsters now walk faster at night. This faster movement speed is removed at day time.
        • Note: this does not affect monsters on maps where the night effect is normally not visible, such as in instances or dungeons.
      • Night monsters now have more variability to match difficulty of the area.
        • Low-Tier Areas - Spawns Night Zombie, Night Familiar, Night Skeleton
        • Mid-Tier Areas - Spawns Night Ghoul, Night Familiar, and Night Soldier Skeleton
        • High-Tier Areas - Spawns Mid-Tier + chance of spawning Night Ancient Mummy, Night Wraith, and/or Night Wraith Dead
    • Spider Web (Professor Skill) changes
      • No longer requires an item to cast and instead uses a charges system.
      • Player starts with 3 usable webs (visible as a status icon in the status icon area) and deplete upon use down to 0 webs.
      • Webs replenish at a rate of +1 web per 3000ms.
      • Now has two skill levels.
        • Skill Lv 1 - Immobilizes target. Reduces flee. No bonus damage and cannot be removed on elemental hits.
        • Skill Lv 2 - Immobilizes target. Reduces flee. Incoming fire, water, earth, and wind attacks deal double damage, but removes spider web.
    • Tome Skills (Professor Skills) now increase the damage of their respective elemental bolt skills, when manually cast, in addition to their current effects.
      • Cyclone Tome - Increases Lightning Bolt Damage by 1.5x
      • Blizzard Tome - Increases Cold Bolt Damage by 1.5x
      • Tremor Tome - Increases Earth Spike Damage by 1.5x
      • Volcanic Tome - Increases Fire Bolt Damage by 1.5x
    • Sage's weapon endow skills (Lightning Loader, Frost Weapon, Flame Launcher, and Seismic Weapon) max level reduced from 3 to 1.
    • Loremaster (Professor Skill) max level reduced from 10 to 5. All max potential effects are the same.
      • Pre-requisite skill level of Advanced Book reduced from 10 to 5.
    • Dragonology (Sage Skill) pre-requisite skill of Advanced Book reduced from 9 to 5.
    • Equipment Max HP and Max SP modifiers are now multiplicative with modifiers from statuses.
    • Adjusted Mystery Egg elements to match their description.
      • Mystery Egg A is now Neutral level 1.
      • Mystery Egg C is now Holy level 3.
      • Mystery Egg D is now Shadow level 3.
    • Violent Stab (Stalker Skill) bleeding chance increased to 10% + 9% * Skill Lv.
    • Dimension Door (Stalker Skill) no longer functions on monsters with status immunity. I.E. boss monsters.
    • Crescent Elbow (Champion Skill) now takes element into account when dealing reflected damage.
    • Errende Ebecee and King Dramoh now drop Spike [2] instead of Spike [0].
    • Special Party EXP share considerations for parties with players level 85+ has been reduced to consider those level 80+ based on recent changes to base level requirements for 3rd jobs. Reminder of what this means for those unfamiliar:
      • EXP earned in parties is based on the difference between your level and the highest leveled person in the party.
      • Players that are level 80 or higher are considered to be 5 additional levels higher for the purposes of sharing.
      • Example: You are level 75 and party with a player that is level 83. The party share calculations will consider this as a 13 level difference.
    • The Ring of Nibelungen, A Drum on the Battlefield, Eternal Chaos, and Invulnerable Siegfried now persist through teleporting.
      • This skills also now have the same linger effect of 25s as other solo songs / dances.
    • Repair Equipment (Blacksmith Skill) renamed from Repair Weapon to better match it's function.
    • Thanatos Monsters with long respawn timers on Thanatos Tower Floor 7+ have had timers reduced to 19 minutes.
    • Reverse Tatami (Ninja Skill) is now able to be copied by plagiarize and reproduce.
    • Skills with no base cast time are excluded from server-side skill queueing.
    • Rolling Cutter (Assassin Cross Skill) no longer queues if the player has reached a count of 10.
    • Poem of Bragi (Bard Skill) increased potential of reduced cast time and reduced after-cast delays
      • Faster Cast: +Skill Lv*2 + (DEX / 5) + Lessons Lv
      • Less Delay: +Skill Lv*2 + (INT / 5) + Lessons Lv
    • Resetter (Hypnotist) costs have been adjusted to be more lenient on lower level players. Now featuring a grace period as well.
      • Base Costs (zeny)
        • Level 1 ~ 59: Free
        • Level 60 ~ 89: (Level^3)/6
        • Level 90 ~ 99: (Level^4)/75
      • Notes
        • Resetting stats and skills together is always 1.5x base cost
        • There is now a 10 minute grace period after performing a reset where resets are temporarily 0z (for the same type of reset) in the off-chance the player misclicks after resetting.
        • Reset costs no longer increase in price based on frequency of use.
    • Jack Frost (High Wizard Skill) no longer hits Ice Wall outside of PvP.
    • Improved visibility for monster skill usage to better allow player reactions.
      • Monsters will now state which skill they are using before the casting bar begins.
      • Monsters will now show red highlighted cells for AoE-based spells (during casting) for which cells will be affected.
    • Teddy Bear Elunium and Oridecon drop rates increased from 5.5% each to 8.25% each.
    • Seyren Windsor and Eremes Guile are now demi-human race.
    • Changes to DrainRate cards.
      • The original rate has been doubled and AoE or splash-damaging skills now have 1/6th the effectiveness of the new rate.
        • This effectively means that non-AoE attacks now drain 2x as often and AoE skills drain 1/3rd as often as their original rates.
      • Hunter Fly Card - 3% chance of draining 15% of damage as HP -> Now a 6% chance
      • Dracula Card - 10% chance of draining 5% of damage as SP -> Now 20% chance
      • Retribution Card - 1% chance of draining 10% damage as HP -> Now 2% chance
      • Rideword Hat -
        • 3% chance of draining 15% of damage as HP -> Now 6% chance
        • 3% chance of draining 1% of damage as SP -> Now 6% chance
      • Majestic Evil Horns -
        • 3% chance of draining 5% of damage as HP -> Now 6% chance
        • 3% chance of draining 3% of damage as SP -> Now 6% chance
